It is an unusual time for everyone and we'd like to share with you what we do during this difficult period so you have a peace of mind when ordering your lovely clothes online with us. 

As a family run small business, our order fulfillment is fully operational and mindfully handled by our own family members with extra care. All our orders are dispatched next business day as usual.

Our delivery partners are implementing strict hygiene measures, including social distancing to make sure shipments get to your place safely and help flatten the curve.

Australia Shipping 

Our delivery partners are following the guidelines of governments and health authorities around the world. For our AU delivery, ‘Signature on Delivery’ has been changed to ‘ Authority to Leave ' to eliminate person to person contact. Our delivery drivers will leave a parcel at their discretion in a designated safe place. (They can also take a signature on behalf of customers while standing two meters away).

International Shipping

Due to the cancellation of many international flights and country-specific restrictions, overseas transit times may be delayed for international shipping.

Please allow extra days for your lovely orders to arrive and do not hesitate to contact us at hello@organicline.com.au at anytime if you are not receiving your orders within reasonable timeframe and you are concerned, we will help as much as we can to communicate with our shipping partners for latest updates.
