At Organicline, we carefully pack every order and work hard to deliver your purchase safely and quickly.
This policy explains our shipping methods, delivery timeframes and responsibilities.
Order Processing
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days
- During peak periods, sales or holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer
- Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched
Shipping Within Australia
We ship using Australia Post and selected delivery partners.
Shipping rates:
- Standard Shipping (2 to 8 business days) - $10 AUD
- Express Shipping (1 to 4 business days) - $15 AUD
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $99 AUD
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location.
International Shipping
Shipping rates:
- Standard International USA (6 to 27 business days) - $49.95 USD
- Standard International other countries (6 to 27 business days) - $79.95 AUD
- Free Standard International Shipping on orders over $450 AUD
Delivery times vary depending on destination country, customs clearance and local postal services.
Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from any refund.
Delivery Address
- Customers must ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout
- We are not responsible for delays, loss or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may deduct shipping costs from any refund or charge for re-delivery
Return instructions are provided by email.
Authority to Leave
Where permitted by the delivery provider, parcels may be left at the delivery address without a signature.
If you prefer signature on delivery, please contact us after placing your order.
Organicline is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
PO Boxes and Parcel Collect
We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Collect addresses.
Please provide a residential or business address.
Tracking
Tracking details are sent by email and/or SMS once your order is dispatched.
Tracking updates are provided by the delivery carrier.
Delays Outside Our Control
Delivery times may be affected by events beyond our control, including:
- customs processing
- extreme weather
- carrier delays
- peak shipping periods
- industrial action
We are not liable for delays caused by these events but will assist where possible.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at:
Include your order number and photos if applicable.
We will investigate with the delivery carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.
- Claims for damaged items must be made within 5 business days of delivery
- If you believe your parcel is lost, please contact us 14 to 30 days after dispatch
Investigation timeframes vary depending on the carrier.
Gift Wrapping
Complimentary gift wrapping with a greeting card is available.
