At Organicline, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

This policy explains when returns are accepted, how refunds work, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • a replacement or refund for a major failure
  • compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
  • having the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian law.


Change of Mind or Sizing Returns

We understand that sometimes sizing may not be perfect.

We accept change of mind or sizing returns under the following conditions:

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Returned items must be received by us within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed and unworn
  • All original packaging, labels and tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Please note:

  • Change of mind returns are not accepted after 14 days from delivery
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Sale items, gift cards and promotional vouchers are not eligible for change of mind refunds
  • We do not offer store credit for change of mind returns

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at:

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

  • If the issue is a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement
  • If the issue is minor, we may repair or replace the item within a reasonable time
  • We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items

How to Request a Return

Please email hello@organicline.com.au with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos if applicable

We will provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.


Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, plus additional time for your bank or payment provider.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

  • For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs
  • We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items lost in transit
